Fix voting by Naftali Feig

By law all Americans over the age of 18 are entitled to vote, but should they.  I have long believed that voting should be a privilege and not a right.  Voting is a very serious issue and how we vote can have serious ramifications on the direction of the country.  Yet some people still vote based on looks or personality.  While others vote without fully understanding the views of the officials or issues they are voting for.   I suggest we have people take a test to prove that they know what they are voting for.  The same way it is wrong for Congress to vote on a bill that they did not read it is also irresponsible to vote on an issue or for a politician that you do not know.  I know that this is over simplified yet something of this nature needs to be done because people are often shocked at what they voted for.
